Privacy policy

PowerCraft operates the PowerCraftMotion website and handles personal information needed to respond to inquiries as described below.
1. Purposes and information collected
We collect your reply-to email address and inquiry to review and respond to product, technical, partnership and investment inquiries and related follow-up. An application category is required for product inquiries. Company, team or contact name, motor type, supply conditions, target power or current and project stage are optional. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information, such as national identification numbers or financial credentials.
2. Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails and associated inquiry information are deleted within one year after the inquiry is closed. Once the purpose and retention period have ended, the responsible team reviews and permanently deletes the emails and managed copies. Information subject to a separate statutory retention obligation is held separately for the scope and period required by the applicable law.
3. Transmission and service providers
Preparing a preview processes your entries within the current browser page. When you select web delivery, a server operated on Cloudflare receives the inquiry and forwards it to admin@powercraftmotion.com using Google Apps Script and Google Workspace. Your reply-to address is used to respond to your inquiry. If you send through an email application instead, your chosen email service also processes the message.
4. Security checks and technical information
Web delivery uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Technical information such as your IP address, security token, request time and inquiry reference is processed. The mail relay records a reference, hash, status and timestamp for duplicate detection; it does not separately store the message body or reply-to address in its configuration store. We use Cloudflare and Google global infrastructure for website and email services. Cloudflare real-user monitoring (RUM) also collects statistics about page visits and loading performance. 5. Consent and your rights
You may refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. Without consent, you cannot submit this web inquiry form. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, contact us below. We verify your identity to the extent needed, handle the request under applicable law and inform you of the outcome.
6. Safeguards
Access to inquiry information is limited to team members who need it for their work. We use encryption in transit and validation of delivery requests, and manage inquiry information for its stated purpose.
7. Privacy contact and policy changes
